Enhanced Suspension & Emulsion Stability

Silicate minerals effectively suspend and disperse oil-phase droplets in emulsions, stabilizing both oil-in-water and water-in-oil systems even at low use levels. Their network prevents settling or agglomeration of various oils, fats, and waxes, and works well in emulsions containing anionic or nonionic surfactants. MCC-CL features low viscosity with strong suspending power, ideal for high-solids products and for suspending pigments, beads, and actives in the aqueous phase. MAS-SVP provides outstanding salt tolerance and can serve as a suspension stabilizer in high-salt systems. FHGEL-1002V is an activated gel that can be added directly to water-in-oil systems without pre-gel preparation to maintain emulsion stability.

Rheology & Use-Feel Improvement

Minerals build a “house-of-cards” structure with excellent thixotropy that rebuilds after shear. MAS-ET delivers good spreadability in highly viscous systems and is used in water-in-oil cream formulations to make creams silkier and easier to apply, while enabling smooth pumping and pouring without compromising stability. With high clarity, strong thixotropy, and a fresh feel, MLS-XLG is widely used in gels, hydrating sprays, and clear toothpaste, and it enables uniform deposition in spray cleaners. Thanks to its thixotropy and adsorption, MCC-CGB is broadly used in toothpaste to aid pumping and help adsorb odors and cleanse the mouth.

Skin-Feel Optimization & Texture Enhancement

Silicate minerals spread well in thin films and effectively reduce the tackiness and stringiness associated with organic gums or polymers, making them common in toners and facial cleansers. In oil-based systems, FHGEL-LIPW not only enhances a silky skin feel but also provides transparent, high thixotropy, visibly smooths lip lines, and improves color hold while preventing oil bleed; it is widely used in lipsticks and glosses. By masking oily or sticky components, FHGEL-CTCCV improves sensory feel, delivering a silky touch and performing especially well in antiperspirants.

Synergistic Performance

MCC-HGB offers strong adsorption of sebum and impurities and works synergistically with surfactants to boost cleaning performance; it is widely used in face washes and clay masks. BP-665V provides high transparency and physical stability (acid/alkali, heat, and mechanical shear) and, when combined with organic thickeners, further enhances system stability and formulation flexibility.

Customized Multi-Functional Performance

MCC-ULTRA is a surface-treated acidic bentonite that can supply an acid source to formulations and remains stable under acidic conditions, making it broadly suitable for acidic systems. MAH-3 is a synthetic, high–specific-surface-area powder with a petal-like lamellar microstructure that can carry actives or catalysts; it also offers UV absorption and can serve as a filler, UV absorber, and barrier agent. MAS-SA is a synthetic magnesium aluminum silicate with high oil absorption, binding capability, and heat resistance, suitable for loose and pressed powders. To meet targets for shade, cost, and performance, we customize oleogel products based on different oil systems.
